Role and Responsibilities

• Lead Prepare, Explore, realize and Deploy phases for SAP Sales and Distribution.
• In dept knowledge of SAP IM, TM supply-chain and logistics areas
• Overall responsibility for the Schedule to Deliver functional area solution.
• Drive process solution design (process, SAP configuration, RICEFWs) and ensure solution meets business needs for Schedule to Deliver.
• Reach consensus with the business community on critical design, build, testing and deployment issues.
• Empowered to arbitrate and make decisions and escalate to global process owners when required.
• Single point of contact and interface with the business community and Global Process Owners (GPOs) for Schedule to Deliver.
• Gather and analyze business requirements by means of interviews, workflow analyses and facilitated discussions with users
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing and implementation.
• SAP system configuration as per the design.
• Creation of test scripts/scenarios for Integration/Regression and UAT.
• Performs as subject matter advisor to less experienced team members and business community.
• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
• Coordination with offshore for specific functional area through the project life cycle.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP Sales and Distribution experience.
• 2+ end to end green field implementation project experience.
• 3+ years of Hands on experience in workshops for requirement gathering, gap analysis, data field mapping, UAT, cut-over facilitation & signoff with business.
• 1+ years of experience in S4 HANA implementation.
• Experience/understanding of PeopleSoft application.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is advantage

Role and Responsibilities

• Need someone strong on Oracle Global Trade Management module.
• Need a strong analyst to design and implement solution for Sanctions/Embargoes Screening, Trade Compliance Screening & Restricted Party Screening.
• Must be able to communicate key insights and findings to management and Business user teams. Help design, document and maintain US Trade Compliance regulations
• Analyzing the issues and propose a strategic solution using Oracle Global Trade Management & Oracle Transportation Management.
• Design, implement and test solution for generation and management of Trade Compliance related documents like Commercial Invoice, Packing List etc
• Need to work on the current IT systems to analyze and identify any trade compliance violation with regards to US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), US ITAR, Dual-use & other US Trade Compliance regulations
• Make the appropriate changes in the system using Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) software as required to ensure the Supply Chain remains Trade Compliant.
• Set up Export/Import Licenses using License Management module of Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)Software.
• Design, Deploy and test solution for Landed Cost Estimation involving Free/Preferential Trade Agreements of US using Landed Cost Management (LCM) Module of Oracle GTM Software.
• Must conduct Business and trade Analysis with Functional expertise and design systems and procedures to improve the Trade management system.
• Develop POCs, present to business and build the required solution after feedback and sign-off from cross functional teams.
• Need to design, implement & test solution for AES/Customs filing for international shipments using Customs Module of Oracle Global Trade Management GTM Software.
• Design and support external communication systems and software integration using OIC, ITM Adaptors etc. Manage defects in Rally Application. Work on the defects and issues to fix and further enhance the solution
• Should be able to conduct Unit testing, End to End testing, User Acceptance Testing, Business Acceptance Testing, Cut-over & Go-Live
• Must deliver elements of Global Trade management , including data migration rules, business rules or other detailed deliverables.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) : This includes Core and ‘End to End’ testing including testing with other boundary applications like Oracle ERP (EBS-r12/11i)
• Should create and execute test cases, conduct SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing) & BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and other testing as required and identify any faults or defects in the solution

• Creates Test Scripts based on test input deliverables, such as functional or technical designs
• Works with users to develop test cases, ensure they cover positive / negative / regression testing
• Executes manual and/or automated tests for both Web and Mobile apps
• Reproduces errors found and provides detailed documentation (e.g. screen prints, step-by-step reproduction instructions) needed to report defects
• Thoroughly tests the application to ensure that it meets the functional and technical specifications; participate in peer review of others’ Test Scripts or Test Scenarios

• Works with application development teams to resolve defects in a timely manner

Run end to end test cases through Jenkins automation pipeline.Testing JDA or Blue yonder EP and Classic view, Persona for all Retail partner flows and automate Payroll API with SAP System. Create, update Epics, User Stories, tasking, sub tasking, story bug creation, Story point’s allocation in Jira as part Agile Scrum. API Automation using Rest Assured framework. Performing API testing using Postman, Newman, SOAP UI. Load testing/Performance testing using JMeter or Load runner. Working on Azure cloud: Data bricks, Notebook, Webjobs, Blob, Storage accounts. Checking logs on Splunk. Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US accept foreign education equivalency.
